Terms of Use
These terms cover this website. They do not cover the collection itself. What we do for you at the counter is governed by the paperwork you sign there, and by whatever program, policy or court order sent you to us.
Acceptance
Using this site means accepting these terms
If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. Calling us instead is always an option, and often a faster one.
Information
What the information here is
This site explains what we collect, how a collection works, and what various programs require. It is general information about our services.
It is not medical advice, legal advice, or an interpretation of anyone's result. Pages on this site describe federal testing rules, court admissibility and detection windows because people arrive needing to understand them. That is explanation, not counsel. If you need to know what a result means for your health, ask a physician. If you need to know what it means for your case, your job or your license, ask your attorney or the party that ordered the test.
We do not interpret results by phone or email, and we do not advise you on how to respond to one.
Rules change, and this site is a snapshot
Testing is governed by federal and state regulation that is revised from time to time. We keep this site current to the best of our ability, and some of what it says is true only until a rule changes. The oral fluid section on the DOT page is the clearest example: it describes the position as it stands, and it will need rewriting the day that changes.
Do not rely on this site as your compliance reference. Verify anything that carries a legal or employment consequence against the current regulation or with your own advisor.
Pricing
No price on this site is a quote. Pricing depends on the panel, the specimen, the number of people and what the result has to satisfy, which is why we ask you to call rather than publishing a list. A price becomes binding when we give it to you directly and you accept it, not before.
Booking
Our Book Online button hands you to Square Appointments, a separate company, and your use of it is subject to Square's own terms and privacy policy. A booking reserves a time. It is not a guarantee that a particular test is appropriate for your situation, which is something we confirm when we see your paperwork.
Some services are arranged by telephone rather than online, because they need a date, a location, a headcount or a case checked first. Those are marked as such on the relevant pages.
No guarantee of outcome
We perform collections carefully and to procedure. We do not control, and do not guarantee, what a laboratory finds, how long an agency takes, or whether a court accepts a result. Where a page describes what makes a result defensible, it is describing the procedure we follow, not promising an outcome.
